Attempt to solve Launch X431 Creader VII+ CRP123 Code Scanner update error

I just had myself owned a Launch X431 Creader VII+ complete diagnostic code scanner for my Seat from a mrcartool. I bought it by means of PayPal. I bargained using the dealer and they offered me no cost shipping. The device came at my door 3 days later. So far, it permitted me to carry out basic diagnostic successfully.

I intended to post a application update based on user manual. Everything went smoothly as a rule. The problem came soon after finishing updating. A window popped out a message reading "Diagnosis is not genuine; please get in touch with your nearby dealer" (I translated the note for them simply because they can only speak English). I immediately contacted the customer service for support.

The engineer recommended me two feasible options:

1. Select and download computer software which certain fits my automobile, then re-upgrade the computer software

2. Or change the application language into English, then re-upgrade the application

I did attempt each of them out. You guess what, I still did not solve the problem. Anyway, I appreciate their warm technical assistance. I've far better visit the garage nearby.
